2007 DiscoveryBay secures its own Zip Code, 94505 2006 Grand opening of LakeviewPlaza 2004 The Lakes development in Discovery Bay West breaks ground 2004 - DiscoveryBay expands and constructs a new state of the art wastewater treatment facility, and solar sludge drying facility 200?
