The Town of Discovery Bay CSD's daily operations are handled by District Staff, who serve the CSD Board and the Discovery Bay community.  Presently, the District Staff consists of:

• Park & Maintenance Worker II - Estevan Rocha
• Water Meter Technican - Aaron Goldsworthy

The District also works with outside vendors where needed to ensure essential services such as water and waste water are operational and that urgent situations are promptly addressed.
