The Town of Discovery Bay CSD's daily operations are handled by District Staff, who serve the CSD Board and the Discovery Bay community.  Presently, the District Staff consists of:

• Senior Accounts Clerk - Liz Hardy
• Office Assistant - Joey Marie Tipton
• Construction Manager - Frank Cramer
• Park & Maintenance Worker II - Bob Abbadie
• Park & Maintenance Worker I - Estevan Rocha
• Water Meter Technican - Dan McKee

The District also works with outside vendors where needed to ensure essential services such as water and waste water are operational and that urgent situations are promptly addressed.
