All photos shown on the Town of Discovery Bay CSD were either shot by Chris Finetti, Creative Director of NIA Creative, or were supplied by the Town to NIA Creative from its archives and/or submissions from the community. Permission to use photos submitted to Town Staff is assumed and implicit via receipt of such submissions. Should a member of the community not agree to allow his/her photos to be utilized by the Town for promotional purposes, he/she must document this refusal via email or other form of written contact.
